The Chatbot is built for our WhatsApp Business account and is registered in Meta Business / WhatsApp Business Platform for messaging with customers.

- Messages you send in WhatsApp (text, menu selections, and media you choose to share) and our responses.
- Your WhatsApp phone number and profile information provided by WhatsApp (such as display name), and message metadata (timestamps, message type, delivery/read status) made available by the platform.
- Booking-related details you provide (preferred date, package, number of guests, questions).
- Basic website analytics (e.g., page views) when you browse our site. We do not sell personal information.
How we use information
- To reply to your questions and provide property details.
- To check availability and facilitate bookings when requested.
- To improve our Chatbot experience (e.g., understand common questions).
- To meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations and to comply with WhatsApp/Meta policies.

Children
Our services are intended for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
